The transformation of FMTM into a University and the resulting expansion in its areas of knowledge led to the creation of the University Press in May 2016. Its aim was to encourage, disseminate, and manage publication projects within the scope of UFTM, as well as contribute to the socialization of academic, scientific, technological, artistic, and cultural knowledge. The Press's purpose was to promote the production and dissemination of knowledge, contributing to the development of the University and society, and supporting the research, teaching, extension, innovation, and university management activities produced by it.
Now, EDUFTM is taking on new endeavors, aiming for the maturation of its editorial production and the professionalization and visual, technical, and graphic improvement of its books.
